Complete Roof Replacement – Colonial Home, Orange NJ

Full tear-off and replacement of a 28-square colonial roof in Orange, NJ. The existing 3-tab shingles had reached end of life with multiple active leak points damaging the attic insulation. Our crew completed the tear-off, replaced 12 sheets of damaged decking, installed ice and water shield at all eaves and valleys, and finished with GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles in Charcoal. The homeowner also upgraded to a continuous ridge vent system for improved attic ventilation. Project completed in 3 days with zero interior disruption.
