Commercial Flat Roof Repair – East Orange NJ

A 4,200 sq ft commercial flat roof on a retail strip in East Orange had multiple ponding areas and three active leaks traced to failed seams in the original TPO membrane. Rather than a full replacement, we performed targeted repairs: cut out and re-welded 85 linear feet of failed seams, installed tapered polyiso insulation in the two worst ponding areas to restore positive drainage, replaced all pipe boot penetrations, and applied new TPO-coated drip edge along the parapet walls. The building owner avoided a $45,000 full replacement with these strategic repairs.
