Full Vinyl Siding Replacement – South Orange NJ

Complete siding replacement on a 2,800 sq ft Cape Cod in South Orange. The original wood clapboard siding was deteriorating with extensive rot along the bottom courses and several areas of mold growth behind the siding. We stripped all existing siding, repaired the sheathing where rot had penetrated, installed fanfold insulation board for an additional R-value boost, and finished with CertainTeed Monogram double 4-inch vinyl siding in Cypress. We also replaced all aluminum soffit and fascia boards and installed new J-channel around every window and door. The home looks brand new and is now fully protected.
